I had a delightful stay at this hotel in Richmond, IN. The rooms were fresh, roomy, and well-equipped, offering a pleasant retreat. The service was top-notch, with Mr Lin being incredibly accommodating. The location was convenient for my needs, though a bit noisy at times. Dining options were modest but suitable for a quick bite. My stay at the hotel was just what I needed after 2 days of yard sales - clean and quiet. The rooms were truly nonsmoking and well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, shampoo, lotion, and very clean towels. The updates were noticeable, especially the nice pillows and new coffee pot and fridge. However, the dining options were pretty skimpy for breakfast, but that was expected considering the price.

However, there was a noticeable smell of mold. The service was exceptional, with staff willing to accommodate late check-out and being very hands-on with special requests. The location was quiet and convenient, just a few minutes off I-70, with many nearby stores and restaurants. The dining experience offered a light continental breakfast but was nothing extravagant. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
